English teachers at The Gregory School held the upper school’s annual Poetry Out Loud competition this morning at 10 AM. Twelve students participated in the competition after they won a class competition in their English class earlier this week or late last week.

Three judges selected junior Caitlin McCormick as the winner of the school contest and senior Asha Ramakumar as the runner-up. McCormick also won the contest last year.

Upper school students and the Poetry Out Loud competition judges gather on the Nickerson Performing Arts Center stage after the performances.
