No April fools! On Friday, April 1, six food trucks arrived on The Gregory School campus for lunch. The event was sponsored by TGS student council.

Student body president Karam Katariya said, “We know that TGS students sometimes get bored of the same old food in the same old place on a daily basis, which is why we decided to make some Friday’s more interesting for the student body.”

This is the second time the food trucks have come to campus. The first time was  on February 12. They were willing to come back, because they made a solid profit and were very much intrigued by the Gregory School student body.

The trucks included Bugalloo’s Soft Serve Dessert Truck, Bella’s Gelato and Espresso, Chips Wood Fired Pizza  Truck, Don Pedro’s Peruvian Bistro. Guisos Mexican Truck, and Fat Noodle Ramen and Burgers.

Katariya said, “Food trucks were so successful, that student council will continue to do them quarterly next year.”

Sophmore Brandi Swenson said, “I really enjoyed the food trucks! It was so much fun hanging out in the beautiful Arizona sun with my food, my freinds  and my faculty.”

“I am so excited for Student Council to have another event this enjoyable and exciting. Yummy Yummy,” Swenson said.
